Unlocking Neighborhood Gifts is an interactive workshop designed to help you create inside-out transformation starting with the strengths already present in a community.

Community Building Lab
Most city and civic leaders want thriving communities with engaged residents, but the daily reality often looks like low turnout at public meetings, the same “usual suspects” carrying the weight, and good ideas with no clear pathway to implementation.
If that’s you, join The Community Building Lab! This is a one-year guided experience that helps your city or community create a repeatable system for resident engagement and flourishing. This isn’t another program. It’s a framework for long-term neighborhood transformation.

Neighborhood Story Project

The Neighborhood Story Project is a place-based research project which creates an active and informed group of neighbors able to make meaningful contributions to local opportunities and challenges. Through shared knowledge and deepened connection to place and one another, neighbors consider the impact ideas and actions have on the past, present, and future.
Neighborhood Connector Framework

Our signature framework, the Neighborhood Connector program, is a field-tested approach to neighborhood revitalization being actively used in diverse communities across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.
