As the Director of Community Building Strategies at CommunityWorks, Megan helps to strengthen neighborhoods through connecting neighbors. Megan’s role includes coaching, resource development, and running The Community Building Hub, an online platform for local leaders. Through this work, neighbors have successfully implemented asset-based, relationship-driven projects such as community walks, Midnight Basketball, and block parties to activate the gifts of their neighborhood for lasting transformation. She is a neighbor in Azalea Park (Orlando, FL) where she cultivates community with her dog Juniper and in her role as the President of the Azalea Park Safe Neighborhood Association.
